WHAT DCI REFRIGERATION AND ELECTRICAL HAD TO SAY

Here at DCI Refrigeration and Electrical pride ourselves in ensuring our staff receive the best training available. Bravanark has been managing our Health and Safety systems for some time and when they suggested that we put all our engineers through a IOSH Working Safely course and our Contract Managers through the 4 day IOSH Managing Safely course we jumped at the idea.

It all went smoothly, the training was interactive so that even the weaker individual was able to grasp the information.

All the engineers passed the Working Safely and all Contract Managers passed the Managing Safely. We are now in the process of identifying new members of staff who would benefit from these courses.

I would certainly recommend all Company Directors to send their senior management on the IOSH Managing Safely course as now, I have 5 contract Managers who are able to manage Health and Safety on site and can also talk the same language as visiting Health and Safety officers from our clients.

Keep it up Bravanark without your assistance I would be dealing with the day-to day implementation and not my Contract Managers.
